Arzen Automation LLC provides AI-assisted workflow and operations software. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website and information processed while providing contracted services.

• Business contact information you voluntarily provide.
• Account and role information supplied by an authorized customer organization.
• Operational emails, attachments, task information, and activity records configured under a customer service agreement.
• Technical records used to protect, monitor, and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, configure and operate contracted workflows, provide authorized users with access, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability. Arzen does not sell personal information.

Customer-controlled access

For organizational deployments, the customer controls its Microsoft tenant, employee identities, multifactor authentication, and access approvals. Arzen applies application roles and workflow permissions according to the customer’s authorized instructions.

AI-assisted processing

Configured operational content may be processed by approved technology providers to extract and organize information. AI output is intended to support human review and is not a substitute for regulated maintenance judgment or the customer’s authoritative maintenance records.

Retention and security

Information is retained according to the applicable service agreement, operational need, legal requirements, and configured customer environment. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers and legal requirements

Information may be handled by infrastructure, identity, email, monitoring, and AI providers solely to operate the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, customers, or others.
