Contracted services
Any pilot, implementation, subscription, support obligation, data-processing arrangement, service level, or pricing is governed by a separately executed agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Operational responsibility
Arzen software supports communication, review, turnover, planning, and operational visibility. It is not an authoritative aircraft maintenance record, release authority, or replacement for customer procedures, regulated judgment, or required maintenance systems.
AI-assisted information
AI-generated or extracted information may contain errors and must be reviewed by authorized personnel before operational reliance. Customers remain responsible for decisions, approvals, access assignments, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, Arzen retains ownership of its software, automation rules, workflows, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of Arzen technology or source code.
